How your internship helped launch your career: My Ingenex internship I can easily say was one of the most, if not the most valuable internship I’ve ever had. It was a stepping stone that enabled me to get a lot of various internship and job experience in later years in addition to teaching me valuable information that I have truly benefitted from since. Digital marketing and social media are tools that I feel so many people take for granted or know so little about and this internship really showed me the value of them in addition to opening my eyes to information that has helped me attain future jobs and opportunities. Derek was an amazing mentor and truly one of the best bosses I have ever had.

It is a fast paced industry but I love the environment and wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Advice to incoming interns: Learn as much as you possibly can and don’t be afraid to ask questions! Your mentors are there to help you out and expand your knowledge in order to help further your career.
